The Courier is responsible for performing scheduled courier services for the Bank, including, but not limited to, carrying articles and documents between branches, customers and other locations; sorting, delivering and picking up mail from the post office and from internal bank locations; and other duties as directed.  Additional duties:

  • Drives vehicles safely to deliver and pick up documents and other items from branches, customers and other locations as necessary
  • Sorts and distributes bags, envelopes and supplies to the branch, departments and other Bank locations
  • Maintains Bank vehicle ensuring it is clean and in safe operating condition; checks items such as fluids, tires, belts; coordinates and notifies supervisors of scheduled maintenance or repairs as necessary
  • Maintains daily logs and records of courier services performed
  • Performs a variety of general clerical tasks such as completing personal expense reports, monthly recap reports, etc.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license required


  • Basic reading, writing and keyboarding; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
  • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location.
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
