This position is responsible for scanning, indexing and filing various important bank documents, researching and gathering information as assigned and performing various back office work in relation to daily transactions, account maintenance, and online banking. The individual will be responsible for answering calls coming into the department, providing outstanding customer service and other duties as assigned.
