The Credit Business Analyst is responsible for researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting operational data from multiple sources, including unit production, productivity, and/or quality statistics. This position creates and maintains databases, develops and performs queries both independently and at direction of management. The position assists in defining user requirements, performs user acceptance testing, and/or troubleshooting systems-related operational issues, assists ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts, and manages small and/or small segments of larger projects. Additionally this position assists in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service, analyzes and provides reports for department quality metrics on an ad hoc and regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly), ensures the delivery of adequate information to drive business initiatives. Identifies trends and, in a moderate capacity, serves on projects aimed at improving divisional and departmental productivity and quality.
