    The Trust Operations Clerk is responsible for a variety of clerical duties related to trust files and the trust department including reconciling internal control accounts, filing litigations, distributing proxies, and scanning documents. Other duties include:

    • Distributes proxies
    • Reconciles internal control accounts
    • Scans files to keep records and documentation for audits
    • Ensures documents are filled out completely
    • Performs data entry duties on all incoming and outgoing items
    • Prepares or obtains additional documentation as necessary


    • High School diploma or GED
    • 1 year of relevant experience
    • Working knowledge of Fitek system preferred


    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions.
    • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
    • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
