    The Account Technician assists Account Managers with a variety of tasks in the upkeep of customer accounts and records including preparation of printed material to be given to the customer. 

    • Assistas Account Managers in the maintenance of account documentation
    • Processes client additions and deletions
    • Documents activity with carriers and clients in agency management system


    • High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred
    • 1 year of clerical/office experience


    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
    • Work occasionally requires more thatn 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
    • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
