    Reporting directly to the EVP/Commercial Bank Executive, the Director of Treasury Management Sales & Operations is responsible for leading the bank wide Cash/Treasury Management sales and operations activities, including the development of new or enhanced products, new profitable client relationships and the ongoing consultative support and expansion for existing clients. Responsibilities also include leading the execution of treasury operations services to optimal effectiveness, minimize operational risk, identify and implement effective and efficient processes and ensure a high level of service is provided to all Cash/Treasury Management products and services stakeholders. Participates in credit and policy conformance reviews for loan portfolios across the bank

    • Manages execution of the Bank’s sales growth strategy and achieves targeted revenue and deposit objectives by driving a strong collaborative culture between the Treasury Management sales organization and key line of business partners
    • Identifies strategic opportunities to enhance the Treasury line of business through sales objectives and a marketing strategy
    • Develops new products and services; reviews and analyzes costs associated with new product implementation
    • Leads sales efforts by interacting with the Commercial Officers and the Branch Network to coordinate and execute integrated sales strategies
    • Leads effective operations practices to support revenue growth while insuring policies, practices and procedures support the banks’ directives and all regulatory requirements
    • Develops and provides actionable client target lists for specific projects based upon applicable criteria
    • Engages in the direct selling process including consistent and regular on-site involvement in sales opportunities; participates in servicing requirements for customer relationships
    • Assists in the development of ongoing internal training programs


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA and/or CTP Certification preferred
    • 10 years’ experience in leading individual sales teams centered primarily in the marketing or treasury/cash management sales
    • 7 years’ experience in leading or overseeing Treasury Management operations


    • Requires strong executive presence and industry/market knowledge
    • Must be able to generate new ideas and identify and drive development of new business.
    • Able to mobilize and motivate internal networks and resources
    • Strong treasury solutions operational control experience
    • Demonstrated ability to package products after developing relationships with clients
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
