    Responsibilities

    The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and their department. Duties may include scheduling appointments, preparation of external/internal correspondence, telephone and visitor screening, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and receptions, preparation of presentation materials, and maintenance/filing of documents. Individuals are typically involved in the coordination and production of sensitive reports and analysis.

    • Provides administrative support to direct supervisor and the department
    • Coordinates meetings, ceremonies, and other various work related gatherings
    • Complies and analyzes data and communicates effectively to manager and/or department
    • Prepares documentation for various packets, meetings, and for general distribution
    • Prepares general correspondence

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience
    • Executive administrative assistant experience preferred
    • Experience with various reporting software programs

     

    Skills

    • Requires ability to collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information
    • Compose straightforward written descriptions of results
    • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
    • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
    • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
    • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs
