The Outside Mortgage Loan Coordinator is responsible for facilitating loan packaging and delivery between Outside Mortgage Loan Officers and Third Party Investors (wholesale, correspondent).  The role works with loan applicants and Outside Mortgage Loan Officers to gather background information and documentation, review and analyze the documents, assist customers, and coordinate loan closings and delivery.

  • Serves as liaison between mortgage customers, Mortgage Loan Officers and the bank or investor
  • Provides administrative support for designated Mortgage Loan Officers
  • Works with Loan applicants to gather background information and /or documentation
  • Reviews and analyzes customer asset documentation
  • Orders and processes applicable verifications
  • Issues required disclosures as needed
  • Coordinates loan closings and customer and the bank or investor
  • Updates and publishes daily pricing updates.


  • High School diploma or GED required.  Some college is preferred
  • 3 years of mortgage processing, origination or MSA experience required



  • Able to review complex mortgage files and identifying potential problems with loan applications
  • Experience with mortgage loan files from point of application through preparation of the loan documents for closing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Work occasionally requires more that 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
