The Treasury Management Sales Analyst provides technical, sales implementation, customer service and sales support in delivering Treasury Management Products and Services to business customers. This position is responsible for creating formal customer proposals and preparation of comprehensive Public Funds Depository Bid packages, designed to successfully win new business. Performs pre-call planning and preparation, detailed pricing analysis, and creation of pro forma account analysis statements. This position assists in ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts, manages small and/or small segments of larger projects, and assists in developing and implementing policies, procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service. Additionally, this position maintains databases, develops and performs queries, and provides departmental reports on an ad hoc and regular basis.

  • Supports with sales efforts including but not limited to presentation development, preparation of Public Funds bid packages, pricing analysis and pro forma generation, pre-call preparation, Treasury relationship reviews, and analysis of complex account structures
  • Ensures and maintains accuracy of all Treasury Management customer agreements, implementation documents and maintenance requests
  • Maintains Treasury Management pricing database, makes pricing recommendations to sales, and manages exception pricing processes
  • Prepares and distributes monthly Treasury Management sales and financial reports, and develops / distributes ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Acts as primary liaison between Treasury Management Sales and Treasury Management Operations
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries and service requests
  • Acts as back-up to Treasury Management Sales Officers


  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Treasury management experience required 


  • Requires knowledge of treasury management sales and operations
  • Ability to analyze and communicate detailed work and financial situations
  • Present/communicate with diverse groups of people throughout the organization including executive management
  • Work independently, recommend and implement changes, understand and problem solve technical processes and ask questions to produce results
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs
