Responsibilities

This position is responsible for application development and modification and/or maintenance of applications. The individual work with Banking Center site staff to support learning and technology implementation at the Banking Center sites. Additionally, the individual works with staff on received Help Desk calls to expedite resolution of technical needs/issues.

  • Participates in On-Call schedule rotation
  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots various types of peripherals connected to computers, IP phones and the network
  • Trains users on supported hardware, software and office automation solutions
  • Prepares and maintains logs of activity related to computer support and purchasing, lab use and schedules
  • Supports computers, application servers, peripherals and other technologies
  • Administers system backup and recovery procedures
  • Logs and reports on hardware and software problems
  • Develops documentation related to procedures for technical support, computer and peripheral use, technology inventory and application of network resources.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent educational/work experience
  • 3 years experience in IT and Desktop Services
  • MCSA and/or CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications; A+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications

 

Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs
