The Senior Learning Design and Organization Development Manager is responsible for the enterprise-wide design, development and delivery of learning and organizational development solutions to achieve the bank’s strategic objectives. This individual is responsible for identifying, recommending, designing and delivering appropriate curriculum and solutions, working closely with cross functional teams and line of business leaders. The individual is accountable for strategy, development, measurement and maintenance of leadership, high potential and career development programs and experiences, linked to company and business goals and succession plans. The individual will measure and communicate the effectiveness of these strategies and lead continuous improvement efforts.
